Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over 250 Rs. For orders below 250 Rs, a flat rate of 75 Rs applies. 
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery time is 5-7 business days approximately.

  • Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed, along with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and any external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations.

Cancellation Policy

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hour of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@maclarg.com.
  • After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee the cancellation as the order may already be in processing or shipping.

Return and Refund Policy

  • If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 15 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@maclarg.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom-made products, and items marked as final sale.
